Hello! Today I have had a go at the colour challenge over on Magnolia Vs Stampavie. The challenge is to use the colours red, black and white with the option of using grey. I loved this challenge as I very rarely use red so it was lots of fun. Hope you like my card !

Charisma Cardz Challenge 11
Hello, I hope you all had a lovely Mothers Day. I had a great day and got lots of lovely things from the kids that they had made at school and playgroup - the things they make at school are soooo nice to receive, I love it, but saying that I was not complaining when I was given a new charm for my Pandora bracelet, it was a little silver handbag with a gold bow on it - perfect! Anyway on to my card and this is one I have made using the lovely sketch over on Charisma Cardz by Joanne, I really enjoyed using this layout and no doubt will use it time and time again.

Cute Card Thursday Challenge 51 & Charisma Cardz Challenge 10 & Cupcake Craft Challenge 31
Hi, I've come across the Cute Card Thurday blog and couldn't resist having a go at their challenge this week as it is such a great sketch, it also gave me the chance to make another card for my dad as it is his birthday tomorrow and I was not happy with my first attempt. For this challenge you had to make a celebration card, perfect, check out the blog to see the fantastic DT cards and have a go yourself. http://www.cutecardthursday.blogspot.com/ . I have also found Charisma Cardz and the challenge over there this week is to create something for the guys so I think my card fits both challenges - check out the great DT cards : http://www.charismacardz.blogspot.com/ .
I have now found yet another amazing challenge site, I am on a roll at the minute, Cupcake Craft Challenges and this week you have to use brown plus either green, blue or pink, so I have entered this challenge too! If you fancy a go visit them at http://www.cupcakecraftchallenges.blogspot,com, they also have great DT cards.

Mother's Day - What should I get this year ....
Hello again, 2 posts in one day, I am doing well today. Anyway I have been having the usual 'what do I get my mum and mum in law for Mother's Day?' problem all week, I always get flowers or teddy bears etc and there is only so many they want I suppose. What makes it worse is my husband has 3 sisters so we are all second guessing what the other might get and every year she ends up with more flowers than a flower shop ! Well I have been having a look around the internet and come across Red Letter Days and they have some fab Mother's Day gift ideas. I love the afternoon tea one but it would be too far for them to travel but I am seriously considering the wine and chocs one, I also need to drop big hints to my hubbie, I quite fancy the spa day myself - I guess I can always dream ....

Birthday Card for my Niece Millie
Hello and Happy Wednesday, hope you are all having a good day so far. My niece Millie is 6 in a couple of weeks and I thought I would be organised for once and make her card. I have used Daisy from the Daisy and Dandelion range designed by Erica Martyn as Daisy is so cute and I know Millie will think so too. I am hoping to locate some of the Daisy and Dandelion stamps and papers soon as I love the range, if you haven't seen it yet take a look at the website, www.daisyanddandelion.blogspot.com

Mother's Day Card
Hello everyone, I hope you all had a great weekend, it was a very chilly and windy weekend up here in the North West. I've now done my second mother's day card, I think I will give this one to my mum and the other one to my mum in law, although no doubt I will change my mind again before the day. I am very excited this week as it is my 34th birthday on Sunday, my wonderful mum and dad have promised me some more Promarkers to add to my collection so I cannot wait, it will be great having more colours to choose from, one day I will have them all, I am totally addicted to them ! I really enjoyed making my last Mother's Day card for the DT call over on Dies to Die For. Even though I wasn't chosen it has given me the confidence to have another go so I am now on the look out for other sites wanting guest DT members, if anyone knows of any I would be eternally grateful if you could let me know xx. Anyway any comments you make on my cards as always are very much appreciated, have a lovely afternoon.

Dies To Die For Guest Designer Call
Hello again ! Fab website Dies to Die For are looking for a design team member at the moment and the following card is my little creation that I am submitting in the hope I may be chosen. As you may know it is a dream of mine to be a DT and up until now I have never been confident enough to have a go but after starting my blog and getting some lovely comments from you all on my cards I feel it is time to have a go and I couldn't choose a better site to apply to, they have some fab stamps and other bits and bobs on there, take a look at www.diestodiefor.com. For this card I've used a gorgeous Tilda image coloured with Promarkers and Sakura Gelly pens. I've added 3D gloss to her wings, patches on her pants and hair bow. The papers are Dovecraft and the gems, charm, brads and ribbon are from my stash. The verse inside the card is from the internet. Hope you like it and more to the point I hope my mum does on Mother's Day ...
