Charisma Cardz Challenge 38

Good afternoon. Today I have made a card for my nephew Jack, it is his birthday on the 1st and it also happens to fit into the theme over at Charisma Cardz which is 'getting sporty'. I have used a great digi download from Digistamp Boutique and it is perfect as Jack is football mad. Pop over to the blog to see the great DT cards.
