Exciting News !!!

Hello! Well I have been holding it in for a few months now but can finally reveal that I have had my work published ! I cannot believe it to be honest and was so pleased when I was asked by Quick Cards mag to produce a project for their subs extra page - so if you are a subscriber to Quick Cards you will see my project in this month's issue which is out tomorrow. I am also working on another project for them for May's issue so things are quite busy at the moment.

Totally Gorjuss Challenge 23 - Hearts - DT

Good morning, hope everyone is ok and looking forward to Easter. I am sorry for my lack of posts but Blogger has not been my friend of late and has refused to upload my piccies but he seems ok today. Thank you to everyone who asked about Ben, I took him to the doctors and he has a chest infection and is on antibiotics and seems to be getting much better now, at least he has a couple of weeks off school to recover. Last Saturday was a new challenge over on Totally Gorjuss and this week's challenge is to use hearts. I have used one of my favourite Gorjuss Girls as she has little hearts all over her dress, I think she was the first Gorjuss Girl I bought. Crafty Catz Challenge 25 - White + 1 - DT

Good afternoon all, just a quick post as I have picked Ben up from school and he seems to be struggling with his breathing a little so I am off to the doctors with him. Today is another challenge over at Crafty Catz and this week we want to see a colour combo of white plus one other colour of your choice, I have used white with pink. Digital Tuesday Challenge 51 - Spring

Good morning. Yesterday was a new challenge over at Digital Tuesday and this week's challenge is to make a Spring card. I am loving my new Papermania Rose Garden papers so I have used them again on this card and I have also used a great Mo Manning image called Flora Spring Fairy. Totally Gorjuss Challenge 22 - Ribbon - DT

Good evening. Hope you are having a good weekend so far, it has rained all day here, yuk! Anyway today there was a new challenge over at Totally Gorjuss and this week's challenge is to use ribbon, an easy one for me as I love ribbon and use it on most of my cards. Crafty Catz Challenge 24 - Spring - DT

Good afternoon, hope you are all having the lovely Spring weather that we are at the moment. This week I am the host over at Crafty Catz and because of the better weather and the fact lots of Spring bulbs have popped up in my garden I have set the theme of Spring. I have used a cute little cat stamp that I got free on a magazine ages ago and she is holding a bunch of Spring flowers, I have also made this a small 4 x 4 card for a change, great for putting with a pressie. Totally Gorjuss Challenge 21 - DT - Sweet

Today is a new challenge over on Totally Gorjuss and this week's theme is 'sweet'. Now I have been slightly different or daft depending on how you see it in the way I have interpreted this compared with all the other Gorjussettes. I have took sweet to mean the same as cute rather than something to eat although in my defence there is an easter egg on the image lol! I have used a lovely easter image from DigiStamp Boutique that is really very cute/sweet and I will be using this one over and over again for my Easter cards. Crafty Catz Challenge 23 - DT - Boys

Hello! Today I have my DT card for Crafty Catz and we are very happy to say we have the lovely Kirsty back with us from this week and she has set the theme of 'something for the boys'. Now I don't know about you but I avoid boys cards like the plague normally but I was brave this week and I have used this fab DigiStamp Boutique image and I don't think it turned out too bad after all. Crafty Catz Challenge 22 - DT - Shades of Green

Good morning and Happy Friday! another week has flown by and it is Crafty Catz challenge day again. This week's challenge has been set by the lovely Trish and she has asked for shades of green with the added option of St Patrick's Day. I have used a Tilda for this card, I have not coloured her before she has been sitting in my box all lonely so I thought it was time to bring her out and I love her, she was a dream to colour and I think she really suits green. Digital Tuesday Challenge 48 - DT - Scallops

Good afternoon, hope everyone is having a good week and enjoying some better weather, it has been lovely here for the last few days. I am a day late again but here is my DT card for Digital Tuesday. This week's challenge is to use scallops, I have used a scalloped edge card as I really, really need to invest in a Cuttlebug so I can use Nesties - it is my birthday in a couple of weeks so fingers crossed, lots of hints have been dropped - LOL! I do struggle with these cards for some reason hence why it is the style it is so I hope you like it and can join us this week as we all love to visit you and see your gorgeous cards.

Cute Daisy May Guest DT Card - Sketch
