Totally Gorjuss Challenge 76 - No Patterned Papers - DT

Good morning and what a lovely one it is, hope the sun is out where ever you are.  Today is a new challenge over at Totally Gorjuss and this week's challenge is to not use, yes not use patterned papers ... eek.. I must admit panic set in when Net set us this challenge but I have to admit it was easy once I got my head around it and it has made realise I must use embossing foldesr more often as they create such a pretty effect.  I have used one of my favourite Hanglar images for this card and added some seam binding, I love this at the moment and need to order more and the sentiment is from Magnolia.  I hope you can join us this week and have a lovely weekend.

Crafty Catz Challenge #52 - 1st Birthday Blog Hop & Candy !

Secret Crafter Saturday Challenge 97 - Blue & Cream DT

Today is a new challenge over at Secret Crafter and this week's challenge has been set by Wendy and she wants to see blue and cream on your cards. I loved making this card, it just seemed to come together well and even though I was wary of the colour scheme to begin with it is one I will be using more often in the future. The papers are Basic Grey and can be bought at the Secret Crafter shop and I have coloured with Promarkers which too are available at the store. I look forward to visiting you again this week and seeing all your fabulous cards.

Crafty Catz Challenge 37 - DT - Shaped Cards

Good morning everyone. Yesterday was a new challenge over at Crafty Catz and this week the lovely Suzanne has set the challenge of 'shaped cards' - no squares or rectangles. Now I always do square cards so this was a good challenge for me and made me move out of my comfort zone and as I had some of the gorgeous new papers from The Girls Paperie and they are great shapes I just had to use a piece and love the result. Crafty Catz Challenge 35 - Red & Black - DT

Hello! Yesterday was a new challenge over at Crafty Catz and this week it has been set by Dianne and she has chosen a colour combo of red and black. Now I have to admit that I do not like the card I have made one little bit, I don't use these colours and had no suitable papers and just stuggled so I apologise for what you are about to see.

Totally Gorjuss Challenge 31 - Bling - DT

Good morning and it's another glorious one. Yesterday was a new challenge over at Totally Gorjuss and as I spent most of the day in the garden hiding under my parasol I never got to post my card so here it is.
