Valentine's

Hello.  Hope you all had a lovely Valentine's day yesterday, I did and my hubbie is taking me out on Friday for a meal so I can't complain lol!  I have a card to share with you today, well to be honest I should have posted this last Friday as it is my DT card for Crafty Catz but I have been busy knitting.  Yes I am learning to knit and it has been slow progress but I am getting there and really enjoying it, dropped stitches and all.  If any of you out there are knitters and can offer advise to a beginner that would be very much appreciated.  I am in the middle of knitting a hedgehog at the minute and it is far from perfect but if I feel it is not too bad once finished I may post a picture for you all to see.  Anyway this week's theme over at Crafty Catz is Valentine's and I have used another Penny Black image for this one.  Hope you like it and can join us if you have a minute.

Crafty Catz Challenge #118 Pink and White

Hello! Hope everyone is well and not under too much snow.  We had about 4 inches at weekend but most of it has melted away today I am glad to say, it is lovely for the kids but if you need to get anywhere it is a nightmare.  Anyway I am late again but a new challenge started over at Crafty Catz on Friday and this week the theme is 'Pink and White'.  I have used a cute Penny Black image and the papers were a free pack I got on a magazine ages ago but they worked perfectly for this challenge.  I hope you like my card and that you can join in the fun this week.
